My personal experience in the field of nutrition and fitness has not yet ended.
Throughout my racing career I have gone through many different stages of eating
and exercise. The one thing that I can say now is that I wish my parents knew what
I know now. If I had always eaten like I do now I would have had much more success
with racing, school work and self motivation.
